Your safety is our main concern. We make every effort to ensure that you have a safe & pleasurable experience onboard Latitude 43°.

Guests may bring snacks and drinks on board Latitude 43°. Alcoholic beverages are permitted in limitation. The crew reserves the right to limit guests to stop excessive drinking.

Soft soled shoes are suggested and should be worn for your comfort and safety on board.

Well behaved children are welcome aboard. For safety reasons, all children aged 12 and younger must wear a lifejacket. We carry various sizes from infant through to adult.  Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Latitude 43° is not handicap accessible. Pets are not allowed. Guide dogs are permitted if they have been aboard boats in the past.

Smoking and the use of any illegal substances aboard are strictly prohibited.

Latitude 43° was privately built to meet “sea going” commercial requirements. A full array of safety equipment is carried on board. The boat meets the requirements of the NH Department of Safety and is checked annually for certification to carry passengers.

We do not assume liability for personal injuries or for guest’s personal belongings. Once on board Latitude 43° we conduct a safety review and guests are required to sign a liability waiver. 

Our maximum capacity is 6 guests plus crew.

Latitude 43° is licensed and insured.
